The

Program

Quarterly Telephone Calls with a personal Registered Nurse Health Coach. Your scheduled 15-20 minute session will help you ensure that you are staying on track to see positive results and move you through the next steps to reaching optimum health.

Unlimited E-mail communication with your PLC Physician

On-going support via phone or e-mail with our Registered Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists to help you achieve your optimum weight, nutrition and fitness.

Waiver of the Initiation Fee at our affiliate CanDo Fitness (a $300 savings) to help you implement your Fitness Program with state of the art equipment and outstanding Personal Trainers who are highly qualified in Princeton Longevity's fitness techniques.

Our follow-up programs are intended to assist you in implementing recommended lifestyle modifications to help reduce your risk of future medical problems. All findings related to tests performed at Princeton Longevity Center and all treatment recommendations from Princeton Longevity Center should be discussed with your Primary Care or Family Physician.
