Quick Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry
Put the take-out menu down! This recipe uses convenient ingredients and only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish…less time than waiting for delivery!

1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 lb. Bag of Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables
½ lb. Frozen, Pre-cooked Chicken Breast Strips
¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 bag of Steamable Rice (10-12 oz. bag)
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, stir fry vegetable mix and chicken breast strips and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in teriyaki sauce and prepare steamed rice and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 4
