Snack Mix
½ cup each of the following (unsalted, no oil):
- Pumpkin seeds
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Soy nuts
½ cup of any of the following:
- Diced dried apricots
- Diced dried figs
- Raisins
- Cranberries
Directions:
Add all ingredients to Ziploc baggie and shake. To enhance flavor, roast
nuts in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
