Spinach Yogurt Dip

Dipping raw vegetables, bread, chips and other dip-able foods into this tasty, but easy, dip will leave you with a healthy dose of vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron!
16 oz. frozen chopped spinach (defrost it and squeeze any excess water from the spinach)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
A handful of crumbled low-fat feta cheese
8 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Olive oil
Instructions:
- Steam the spinach with one minced garlic clove
- Let the spinach cool and add the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the Greek yogurt
- Once everything is mixed, stir the Greek yogurt in
- Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil just before serving
Nutritional information for the whole bowl of dip (approximately): calories 470, fat 21g, saturated fat 6g, protein 38g, carbohydrates 44g, fiber 16g, sodium 1070 mg.
