Tip # 2-Have More Sex-
It may help you live longer. And if it doesn’t, at least you will enjoy the time you have left.
There's good evidence that sex helps keep us healthy and increases longevity. It may not be the just act itself that makes us live longer. Intimate sex makes you less stressed, happier and better rested. It’s also a pretty good workout that combines both aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening. Good sex can also strengthen your relationship and happy relationships are linked to longevity. Those are all factors that can lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones and protect against stroke and heart disease.
Sex may even help protect against some cancers. A study published in the April, 2004, Journal of the American Medical Association found that "high ejaculation frequency was related to a decreased overall risk of prostate cancer.
